William F. Rosenquist, 88, died
Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Diversacare in Sedgwick, Kansas.
He was born February 15, 1927, in
Neosho Rapids, Kansas, to Carl and Alice Rosenquist. On August 8,
1951, he married Vivian H. Dietrich in Emporia, Kansas, and she
preceded him in death on September 17, 1991. He served his country in
the United States Army from 1954 to 1956.
William was a retired custodian for the
Flint Hills Area Technical School, retiring in 1990. He was a member
of the American Legion and he enjoyed outdoor activities including
Fishing, Camping and Gardening.
William is survived by his daughter and
her husband Annita and Bret Mize of Newton, Kansas. He is also
survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 1 step
grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his wife,
parents, and 6 brothers and sisters.
Private family interment will be in the
Mt. Hope Cemetery in Neosho Rapids, Kansas, at a later date.
