GALVA – Florene Stucky, 89, died Sunday at Heartland Haven, Inman. She was born Oct. 19, 1924, at Galva, to John J.C. and Mary Stucky Gehring.
She was a homemaker. She married Marvin H. Stucky May 2, 1945. He died March 18, 2006. Survivors include: sons, Murray and Steve Stucky of Galva; daughter, Charlotte Schmucker of Abbyville; a grandson and a great-grandchild.
Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Moundridge Funeral Home. Committal service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the Garden Community Church Cemetery followed by an 11 a.m. Memorial Service at the Garden Community Church. Memorial donations are suggested to Garden Community Church Missionaries, in care of the funeral home.
