NORTH NEWTON - Charlene F. Stoetzl, 90,
passed away Sept. 3, 2015 at Kidron Bethel Nursing Home, North
Newton.
She was born January 16, 1925, in
Goessel the daughter Jacob and Sara Unruh. She was a school teacher,
teaching in various school districts in Kansas and California. She
was a member of Tabor Mennonite Church, Newton, and loved to sing. In
1961, she married Marion Stoetzl in Coalinga, California. He passed
away in 1988. She is survived by her children, Alan Stoetzl, Rolla,
Missouri, and Elizabeth Stoetzl, Newton, a brother, Robert (Ruth)
Unruh, North Newton, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Eskil Unruh.
Memorial services will be held at 4
p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 8, 2015) at Tabor Mennonite Church, with Pastors
Phil Schmidt, Rosie Jantz, and Sara Dick presiding. Burial will take
place at a later date. Memorials are suggested to Bethel college Life
