Obituary

Arnold H. Voth, 98, passed away September 6, 2015 at Bethesda Home, Goessel. He was born on September 3,1917 at Goessel the son of John and Katherine (Voth) Voth.

He was a farmer/rancher and a member of Tabor Mennonite Church. He had served on the Walton Coop Board, the Goessel School Board and several other local boards. On June 11, 1948 he married Wilma Unruh at Newton. She passed away on December 3, 2007. He was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Wanda Dirks, and Irma Koehn. He is survived by a son Rodney Voth (Karen Hammond) of Hillsboro, 3 daughters, Annette Voth (Daryl Regier) of Elbing, Lois Voth (Timothy O'Leary) of The Woodlands, Texas, Ellen Voth (William Neighbors) of Portland, OR, 6 grandchildren, Allison, Kari, Jennifer, Margo, Conner, Molly, 1 great grandchild, Carter, 1 brother, Bill Voth (Nada) of Walton, and 1 sister, Elvera Voth (Lester Ewy) of North Newton. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Bethesda Home Chapel, Goessel. Funeral service will at at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 12,2015 at Tabor Mennonite Church. Burial will be in Tabor Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to either the Bethesda Home or Mennonite Central Committee in care of Miller-Ott Funeral Home, Goessel.
