Billye B. Neeley
Billye B. Neeley, 79, passed away
Saturday (Dec. 22, 2007) at her residence in Newton.
She was born Oct. 20, 1928, in Barry,
Texas, to Claude Howard and Burl Ethel (Christopher) Melton.
She married Thurman Edward Neeley on
Nov. 17, 1945. He survives of Newton.
Other survivors include son, Mark and
Sylvia Neeley of Brighton, Colo.; daughter, Rowena and Richard
Schroeder of Newton; brother, Calvin Melton of McKinney, Texas;
grandchildren, Michele Nightingale, Jason Schroeder, Jody Ruder,
Harrison Neeley, Ciana Neeley and Ginja Neeley; and
great-grandchildren, Damian Nightingale, Brittni Nightingale and
Jacob Schroeder.
She was preceded in death by her
parents and sisters, Inez, Lura, Opal and Margaret.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m.
Saturday at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel in Newton.

the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home.
