Missey D. Lucas 60, died Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Newton Medical Center. She was born July 25, 1955.

A gathering and visitation with the family will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday September 1, 2015 at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel.

Missey is survived by her husband Victor Burns of Newton and sons: Christopher Deniger of Newton and Tony Deniger of Topeka.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
