Obituary

Sharron L. Kemph, 75, passed away July 5, 2015, at Schowalter Villa, Hesston. She was born November 9, 1939, in McPherson, KS the daughter of John and Martha Krehbiel Toews.

She had worked as a Register Nurse at Halstead, Abilene, Ark City, and Winfield. She was a member of the West Zion Mennonite Church, Moundridge. She was very artistic and some of her hobbies were flowers, antiques, painting, needle work, and crochet. She loved spending time with her family and going to the lake to water ski.

On March 19, 1960, she married William W. Kemph at Moundridge.

Her survivors include her husband, William W. Kemph of Walton; son, William A. (Lisa) Kemph of Walton; daughter, Dawn (Richard) See of Winfield; sister, Bonnie (Charles) Claassen of Topeka, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren .

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, John Toews and George Toews, and sister, Hattie Smith.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., with the family greeting friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, July 10, 2015, at Moundridge Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 11, 2015, at West Zion Mennonite Church, Moundridge, with Pastor Brad Roth officiating. Burial will follow in the West Zion Cemetery, Moundridge.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to either the Schowalter Villa Nursing Home for the amazing care that was given or a charity of the donor's choice in care of Moundridge Funeral Home, Moundridge.
