Survivors: wife, Jean; son, Larry of Newton; daughters, Shari Grant, Terry Tyrell both of Newton; brothers, Bob of Santa Margarita, Calif., Gordon of LaVon, Texas, Joe of Wichita; sisters, Betty Foster of Redlands, Calif., Judy Lillard of Needles, Calif., Lucille Lee of Dallas; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Memorial established with Central Homecare and Hospice.
