Margaret L. Teter Harr
Margaret Louise Teter Harr, 94, was
received into glory at her daughter's home, Nov. 26, 2005.
She was born Jan. 14, 1911, in
Hutchinson, the daughter of John C.D. and Judith A. Brickey Teter. A
lifetime Hutchinson resident, she was a homemaker.
She belonged to Westside Baptist Church
and attended Arlington Presbyterian Church.
On May 5, 1931, she married Richard C.
Harr in Newton. He survives.
Other survivors include: two sons,
Charles R. and his wife, Della Mae, Newton, and John E. and his wife,
Bobbie J., Wichita; a daughter, Mary Belle Travis, Arlington; 12
grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 12
great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two
sisters, Virginia Belle Burford and Katherin Pearl Gunning Urban; a
son-in-law, Paul Travis; and a great-grandson, Ryan Dean Harr.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at
Westside Baptist Church, with Pastor Tim Adrian and Brian K. Harr
presiding. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m.
to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, with the family
present from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Penwell Gabel's
Memorial Park Cemetery.
