Obituary
Leo D. Willems, 79, passed away Tuesday
(March 22, 2016) at Schowalter Villa, Hesston.
He was born June 27, 1936, in Chase,
the son of Ben and Mary (Vogt) Willems.
Leo worked in the Auto Body Industry
for 43 years and was a member of Whitestone Mennonite Church in
Hesston.
He married Edna Dirks September 14,
1956, in Buhler.
Leo is survived by his wife, Edna;
three daughters, Pam (Donnie) Hostetler of Hesston, Sharon (Greg)
Fast of Littleton, Colorado, and Lori (Paul) Westhoff of Glenwood
Springs, Colorado; a brother, Delbert (LaVonne) Willems of Inman; two
sisters, Doris (Monroe) Bartel of Moorhead, Minnesota, and Judy
(Jarold) Esau of Kansas City, Missouri; eight grandchildren; and four
great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his
parents; and a granddaughter, Abigail Fast.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m.,
Sunday, March 27, 2016, at Miller-Ott Funeral Home, Hesston.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m.,
Monday, March 28, at Whitestone Mennonite Church, Hesston.
Burial will follow at Eastlawn
Cemetery, Hesston.
