Janice Eileen Arnold
HESSTON — Janice Eileen Arnold, 71,
passed away Tuesday (Feb. 9, 2016) at her home in Hesston.
She was born October 28, 1944, at the
Bethel Deaconess Hospital, Newton, the daughter of Marvin H. and
Myrle Goossen Buller. She had worked as the District Librarian for
the Halstead Public Schools, as the librarian for the Newton Public
Library, was a member of the Hesston Mennonite Church, the bell choir
and for 45 years a member of the Mother's Night Out Group.
On August 13, 1966, she married George
D. Arnold at the 1st Mennonite Church, Newton. She is survived by her
husband, George of Hesston; her children, Scott (Natasha) of Hesston,
Derek (Melody) of Hutchinson; two brothers, Lawrence (Amy) Buller of
Austin, Texas, Leroy (Ruby) Buller of Newton; and 7 grandchildren,
Max (14), Nicholas, (12), Olivia, (11) Arnold, Taylor (16), Haley
(15) Arnold, Dakota (18), Paige (11) Roberds.
She was preceded in death by her
parents.
Graveside Service will be at 1:30 p.m.,
Monday, (Feb. 15, 2016)_ at Eastlawn Cemetery, rural Hesston with a
memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m., Monday, (Feb. 15, 2016) at
Hesston Mennonite Church, Hesston.
The family will receive friends from 3
to 5 p.m., Sunday (Feb. 14, 2016) at Miller-Ott Funeral Home,
Hesston.
