Obituary
Welma V. Stucky, 97, passed away May
17, 2015 at Heartland Haven, Inman.
She was born on November 11, 1917 in
Burrton, KS the daughter of Abraham and Katie Regier Siemens.
She was a member of the First Mennonite
Church of Christian, Moundridge. On November 7, 1937 she married
Marion J. Stucky at rural Buhler. He passed away on September 28,
1990.
She was also preceded in death by 2
daughters, Karlyn Strausz, Phyllis Stucky, and brothers, Wilbur,
Edward, and Marvin.
She is survived by her children, LaVern
D. & Marilyn Stucky of Peabody, Glenn & Patricia Stucky of
Galva, Nancy & Gary Blake of Galva, 1 son-in-law, Ed Strausz of
Pearland, TX, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., with
family present from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at
Moundridge Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 3 p.m., Thursday,
May 21, 2015 at the First Mennonite Church of Christian, Moundridge.
Burial will be in the First Mennonite Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to either
Mennonite Central Committee or First Mennonite Church of Christian in
care of Moundridge Funeral Home, Moundridge.
