Benny Robert McKee, 75, retired City of Newton Sanitation
employee, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015.
He was born September 27, 1939, in Ripley, Oklahoma, to
Leslie Virgil McKee and Abby Ellen (Baker) McKee. He loved his family, camping,
fishing and tinkering with his truck.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie McKee of the home;
children Lori Freeman of Wichita, Pauline (Kirkley) Matson of Maize, Carl Kirkley,
Matthew McKee and Kenny McKee, all of Newton; 18 grandchildren, nine
great-grandchildren; brothers George McKee, Jerry McKee and twin brother Bobby
McKee; and sisters-in-law Shirlene McKee, Wilma McKee and Judy McKee.
He is preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and
five brothers. No services.
