Obituary
Moundridge – Robert E. Moddelmog, 69, died Nov. 1, 2014 at
Via Christi Regional Medical Center, St. Francis Campus, Wichita. He was born
November 19, 1944 to Carl A. and Lillie L. Heim Moddelmog at Goessel. He was a
Fabrication Operator for 48 years at Hesston Corporation retiring from AGCO in
2012. He married Becky S. Wedel on June 24, 1973 at Moundridge.
Survivors include his wife, Becky; son, Gene (Joletta
Friesen) Moddelmog, Liberty, MO; daughter, Augusta (Chris) Hale, Haughton, LA;
grandson, Ryland Hale; brothers, Duane Moddelmog and Dale (Patti) Moddelmog,
all of Moundridge; sisters, Charlene (David) Rupp, Moundridge; Louretta (Steve)
Vermillion, Puyallup, WA.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at
Immanuel Lutheran Church, rural Canton. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. with the family present from 6 until 8
p.m. at the Moundridge Funeral Home. Memorial donations are suggested to the
Immanuel Lutheran Church, in care of the funeral home.
