Obituary
HESSTON - Esther (Friesen) Buller, 91,
passed away Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014, at Schowalter Villa, Hesston.
She was born March 22, 1923, to Henry
and Minnie (Ediger) Friesen in Inman. She was united in marriage to
Erby Buller on Aug. 16, 1948, in Walton.
Esther was a graduate of Inman High
School. She was a dedicated employee to Woolworths for 37 years and
homemaker raising her two sons, Stanley and Rodney. In 1952 Esther
contracted Polio. After many months of treatment, and much to the
surprise of many Polio doctors, she relearned to walk and carry on a
very full and rich life.
Esther was a member of Kingdom Life
Ministries. As a dedicated Christian she spent many early years
teaching Sunday School and Bible studies. She enjoyed her church and
close friendships with so many people.
Left to cherish her memory is her
husband, Erby of Hesston; sons, Stanley and Rodney Buller, both of
Hesston; grandson, Brian Buller of Penrose, Colorado;
great-granddaughter, Taylor Farren of Awossa, Oklahoma; and many
nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her
parents, Henry and Minnie; brothers, Harry and Elmer Friesen; and
sister, Linda Regehr.
Memorial services will be held at 11
a.m. Friday, Aug. 8, 2014, at Kingdom Life Ministries, Hesston, with
Pastor Scott Miller officiating. Private family inurnment will be
held at a later date. Visitation will be held Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014,
at Kingdom Life Ministries from 6 until 7:30 p.m.
