Obituary
Donna Jean Roach, 73, passed away
Tuesday (June 28, 2016) at her son's home. She was born Jan. 23,
1943, in Seattle, Washington, the daughter of Leroy (Bill) and
Dorothy "Bozley" Sharbono. She was raised and attended
school in Montana. She worked as a waitress for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her
husband, J. Dean Roach, in December of 2015. She was also preceded in
death by a daughter, Connie Mavity, in 2000 and three brothers;
Marvin, Kenneth and Gary Sharbono.
She is survived by sons J.D. and wife
Becky Mavity and Jeff Roach of Newton, six grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren.
There will be a service in memory of
both Dean and Donna on Thursday (June 30, 2016) at the Lamb Funeral
Home in Whitewater, with interment to follow at the Greenwood
Cemetery at Newton. There is no visitation scheduled.
A memorial has been established with
the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in care of the funeral home. Online
