Charles T. "Tommy" Owens, 54,
died Friday (Feb. 23, 2001) at Kansas Christian Home. He lived in
Newton since 1987.
He was born March 23, 1946, to Sam
Vince and Estelle Mae Owens in Noel, Mo. They preceded him in death.
He married Sarah Owens. She survives of Newton.
