Delvin Maurice Lewis
VALLEY CENTER -- Delvin Maurice Lewis,
88, retired Cessna maintenance employee and farmer, died Wednesday
(January 21, 2004). He was born Nov. 27, 1915, to John and Mura C.
(Thompson) Lewis in Sunnydale. They preceded him in death. He married
Hazel Louise (Darrow) June 29, 1947, in Newton. She survives of the
home. Other survivors include: a son, D. Morris Lewis of Valley
Center; a daughter, Lucy Lynne Cox of Sacramento, Calif.; six
grandchildren; and a step-grandchild. He also was preceded in death
by a brother, Duane Lewis.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p. m.
Friday at Baker Funeral Home in Valley Center.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a. m.
Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Valley Center.
Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery in
Sedgwick.
