Emilie Louise Esau
WALTON -- Emilie Louise Esau, 83, died Aug. 16, 1988, at Bethel Home for the Aged, Newton. Born Emilie Louise Harms Nov. 8, 1904, at Newton, she married Otto Esau Nov. 10, 1926, at Newton. He died April 13, 1971. She was a homemaker and resident of Walton since 1926.
She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Newton, and the Lady's Aid group of Zion Lutheran.
Survivors: sons, Lawrence, Marvin, Glenn, all of Walton. Merlin, Steilacoom, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be 10 a. m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Lewis Kieshnich. Burial will be at Walton Cemetery. Friends may call all day today at Petersen's Funeral Home, Newton. Memorials may go to the Walton Volunteer Fire Department of the church.
