Wuthrich, Roland H 'Dutch'

Roland H Or Dutch Wuthrich, 93

Roland H. "Dutch" Wuthrich, 93, passed away December 21, 2011, from Newton Presbyterian Manor.

He was born September 14, 1918, at rural Whitewater, the son of Fred and Melinda Miller Wuthrich. He was a farmer and stockman. On November 21, 1947, he was married to Natalie Nightingale.

He was preceded in death by his wife Natalie, son Charles, and siblings: Helen Harder, Harold, George and Lester Wuthrich.

He is survived by his children: Fred (Jacky) of Newton, Jerry of Moundridge; Tim (Brenda) of Whitewater; Rebecca of Wichita; and Rosie of Wichita; siblings: John, Mabel Riley, Marion Nightingale, and Lavina Krahn; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Visitation with family will be held on Monday from 5 - 7 p.m. at Lamb Funeral Home, Whitewater. There will be a family committal service at the Swiss Cemetery, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at Swiss Church, Whitewater.

Memorial funds have been established for Ponca Bible Camp or Awana in care of Lamb Funeral Home, 120 S Main, Whitewater, KS, 67154.
