Obituary
PEABODY -- Jaqueta K. Casey, 67, died Monday, August 4, 2013
at Newton Medical Center. She was born January 3, 1946 in Yale, Oklahoma to Ray
and Goldie (Harris) Casey.
Jaqueta formerly worked as a CMA in Peabody. Her family was
very important to her and she greatly looked forward to spending time with her
loving family and many friends. Jaqueta also enjoyed making Dulcimers and
sharing her love of music.
She is survived by her partner, Pam Davis of Peabody, KS;
two brothers, Don and his wife Vicki of Claremore, OK and
Larry and his wife Mary Casey of Drumwright, OK; two sisters, Verlea and her
husband Jack Bookout of Blackwell, OK and Carma and her husband Frank Casey of
Oilton, OK; adopted son Danny Deeds of Ola, AR and special friend Shirley
Stucky of Peabody, KS. She is also survived by great-niece Ashley Taylor-Quick
and great-great niece Emily Quick.
She is preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Osborn and
Joyce Casey.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later
date.
Memorials are suggested in Jaqueta's memory to Caring Hands
Humane Society or The Peabody Police Department.
