Obituary: Louis Arnold Nobles
Louis Arnold Nobles, 77, died on Thursday, January 10, 2013,
in Stillwater, Okla.
His memorial service will be Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 2
p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Frank Kinast officiating. Strode
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Arnold was born on November 2, 1935, in Newton. He graduated
from Newton High School in the early 1950’s, and he later found a position as a
parts manager for Chrysler Corner.
He married Marlena Tarrell in Borger, Texas, on March 22,
2008. Arnold enjoyed woodworking and crafting. He was also an avid traveler and
a connoisseur of fine wines. He loved to tour wineries when he vacationed with
Marlena. He was involved in the LCEF.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters,
LaVonne and Twila.
He is survived by his wife, Marlena Nobles, of Stillwater,
Okla.; brother, Herbert Nobles of Florida; and sister, Wilda M. Arnold of
Stillwater, Okla.
