Warren Curtis Schroeder, 91 of Newton, Kansas, died Nov. 2,
2012. Memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7 at the Old Mission

He is survived by his spouse: Virginia E. Gibson Schroeder
of Overland Park, KS. Two sisters: Dorothea Schroeder of Newton, KS, and
Margaret Hartman of Lawrence, KS
Two children: William K. Schroeder of Marion, NC, Myron S.
Schroeder of Hagerstown, MD
Deceased daughter, Patricia Schroeder Moser of Upland, CA
Four grandchildren: W. Scott Moser,
William K. Schroeder II, Laurie Schroeder Allen and Natalie
Schroeder
Eight great grandchildren: Kinsey Moser, Ally Schroeder,
Gabby Schroeder, Talon Schroeder, Rynalisha Schroeder, Emma Allen, Joseph
Allen, and Lilly Grace Allen
Warren loved to wheat farm in his younger years. He designed
many modifications for the farm equipment to make the job easier, some are
still in use today. He was primarily a Design Engineer
for Boeing Aircraft , Fairchild and many other defense
related companies.
Later he expanded into land development and designed and
built many homes and a shopping center.
