Lynda Tincher
Obituary
Lynda Gayle Tincher, 67, passed away on
Thursday (Feb. 2, 2017) at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. She was
born on Jan. 30, 1950, in Newton, the daughter of Walter and Mildred
Martin Bradshaw.
Lynda grew up in Newton and moved to
the Melvern and Lyndon area in 1975. She had lived east of Lyndon
since 1991.
Lynda had worked as a meat wrapper and
grocery clerk at the Lyndon Thriftway for many years.
On March 30, 1975, Lynda was married to
Tom Tincher in Wichita.
Lynda was preceded in death by her
parents, Walter and Mildred; and by a brother, Sherry Bradshaw.
Lynda is survived by her husband Tom of
the home; her two sons, Eric (LuAnn) Tincher of Lyndon and Bryan
Tincher (Katrina Little) of Osage City; her two brothers, Martin (Jo)
Bradshaw of New Mexico and Wally (Patty) Bradshaw of New Jersey; her
stepmother, Rita Bradshaw of Newton; 12 grandchildren; and three
great-grandchildren.
Memorial services for Lynda will be at
10 a.m. on Saturday (Feb. 11, 2017) at the Mt. Pleasant Community
Church southeast of Lyndon. The family will receive friends following
services at the church. Inurnment will be in the Vassar Cemetery at a
later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests
memorial contributions to the College of the Ozarks, sent in care of
