Obituary

Edward L. Will, 80, retired electrician, died Wednesday (Feb. 22, 2017) at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita.

He was born July 30, 1936, in Halstead to John Emil and Marie (Pankratz) Will.

He was a member of First Mennonite Church in Halstead and served in the U.S. Air National Guard.

He was a lifelong Halstead resident prior to moving to Wichita in 1992.

On June 10, 1961, he married Mary L. Jarboe at Larned. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include sons, Doug (Sharon) Will of Pratt, Ray (Susan) Will of Olathe; daughters, Cheri (Dave) Kovacic of Wichita, Nancy (Craig) Dunson of LaGrange, Georgia; brother, John (Marjorie) Will of Halstead; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 26, 2017). The Rosary will be said at 6 p.m. with visitation to follow, all at Kaufman Funeral Home in Halstead.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday (Feb. 27, 2017) at First Mennonite Church in Halstead.

Burial will follow at Halstead Cemetery, Halstead.

Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association , in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
