Daniel W. Hook passed away March 14, 2017 after a long illness at the V.A. Hospital in Wichita. Hook was born Sept. 25, 1949, raised in Halstead, and graduated from Halstead High School.
He is survived by his mother Faye, of Halstead, brother, Alvin (Roberta) of Wichita, sons Patrick, Washington state, Matthew, Wichita, daughter Carrie (Chris) Ginn, Overland Park, and three granddaughters. Arrangements are pending. He will be laid to rest in the V.A. Cemetery, Winfield.
