Phil died October 5, 2004 in Colorado Springs. He was born June 2, 1924 in Mulvane, Kansas to George and Olivia Diringer.
He is survived by daughters: Susie Garber, Deanna Moore, Judy Loehn, and Kelli Patrick; eight grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hesper; a sister; and a grandson.
Visitation will be Friday, October 8, 1:00 - 2:30 p.m., at Nolan Funeral Home. A graveside service will held at Memorial Gardens at 3:30 p.m.
