Hazen, Galen Edward 66, grew up in Valley Center, KS, and passed away on May 3, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Catherine Hazen; brothers, Leslie Hazen and Harvey Hazen. He is survived by sisters, Carolyn Hazen and Christine Rahnamai; daughter, Caroline Hazen; nephew, Gabriel Hazen (Loyda Hazen); aunt, Mary Jane Spencer; aunt, Debbie Kelly; and several cousins. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 528 West 5th St., Valley Center, KS.
