Brown, William O. "Bud," 79, retired Cessna Aircraft Co. employee, former St. Mary's Catholic Church custodian, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 1996. Service 2 p.m. Saturday, Greenwood Cemetery.

Survivors: wife, Phyllis; sons, Myrl of Newton, Jerry of Hot Springs, Stanley of Germany; daughter, Rowena Funk of Newton; stepsons, Phillip Cope of Topeka, Douglas Spencer of Kihei, Hawaii; 11 grandchildren; five great-gr andchildren. Memorials have been established with the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association. Petersen Funeral Home.
