Obituary
Karen "Sue" Scrivner, 70, of
Newton, bookkeeper, passed away April 1, 2017. A celebration of life
will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday (May 20, 2017) at the Wayne G. Austin
American Legion Post 2 in Newton.
Karen was preceded in death by her
parents; and husband, James G. "Jim" Scrivner.
Survivors include her son, David G.
Scrivner; granddaughter, Melissa S. Scrivner; sister, Phyllis
(Richard) King; and brother, W. Robert "Bob" (Terri)
Phifer.
A memorial has been established with
the Wayne G. Austin American Legion Post 2, 400 S. Spencer Rd.,
