Tilmar C. Kaufman
Obituary
Tilmar C. Kaufman, 88, died July 23, 2011 at Schowalter
Villa in Hesston.
He was born on Aug. 23, 1922, in Harvey County to Christian
D. and Reina Wedel Kaufman. He was a farmer. He married Evelyn L. Schrock on
May 28, 1953, in Springs, Pa.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn of Hesston; son, Pete
(Ranita) Kaufman of Moundridge; daughter, Kathy (Jim) Wehrman of McPherson;
sister, Glennys Henry of Bluffton, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and four
great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday with family
present from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Moundridge Funeral Home. Memorial service will
be at 11 a.m. Friday at Kingdom Life Ministries in Hesston. Burial will be at
10 a.m. in the Eden Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations are suggested to Moundridge Community
Foundation, in care of the funeral home.
