Obituary

Jason L. Church, 41, died Wednesday (June 21, 2017) at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center, Wichita.

He was born July 1, 1975, at Newton to Gary L. and Shelly L. (Lambert) Church.

He was co-owner of Church Brothers Construction and a member of Sons of the American Legion Post 231, Halstead.

On March 11, 2000, he married Tamara L. Sulier at Whitewater. She survives.  Other survivors include sons, Garett and Brenan of the home; parents, Gary and Kathy Church, Sedgwick; and brothers, Scott (Kelley) Church, Halstead, Patrick (Shelly) Lambert, Moundridge, Danny Lambert, North Carolina, and Cody Church, Sedgwick.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Shelly Lambert; and a sister, Katherine Church.

A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday (June 27, 2017) at First United Methodist Church, Halstead, with Pastor Ed Blanchette officiating.  Memorials may be given to Sons of the American Legion Christmas Angel Tree program in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
