Obituary
Eldora M. Schwarz, 94, died Thursday
(July 27, 2017) at Pine Village, Moundridge.
She was born Nov. 17, 1922, in Barton
County to Frank G. and Carrie (Unruh) Unruh.
She was a graduate of Larned High
School and Halstead Hospital School of Nursing
She was a member of Sacred Heart
Catholic Church, Altar Society and Guild, as well as Halstead
Hospital Alumni and Auxiliary, all of Halstead.
On Aug. 23, 1950, she married Leo M.
Schwarz at Halstead. He preceded her in death Feb. 20, 1995.
Survivors include son, James (Carolyn)
Schwarz, Halstead; daughter, Rita (Randy) Stucky, Halstead;
grandchildren, Kelli (Casey) Rump and Micheal Schwarz, both of
Burrton; and great-grandchildren: Madison, Kolten and Raylin Rump.
She was also preceded in death by
sisters, Lois Unruh and Arlene Reece.
The Rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
Sunday (July 30, 2017) and Mass of the Christian Burial will be at
10:30 a.m. Monday (July 31, 2017), both at Sacred Heart Catholic
Church, Halstead, with Father Jeffery Fasching officiating. Burial
will follow at Halstead Cemetery, Halstead.
Memorials may be given to Sacred Heart
Caring Hearts fund in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
