Lloyd Zook
Obituary
Lloyd L. Zook, 87, passed away July 18,
2017, at Schowalter Villa, Hesston. He was born July 14, 1930, in
Surrey, North Dakota, the son of Solomon and Barbara Yoder Zook. A
resident of Hesston most of his life, he was very influential in the
community in many different positions. He married Loretta Elaine
Neuman on Aug. 16, 1957. She survives.
Other survivors include two sons, David
(Lynnette), Buhler and Kevin (Marcella), Hesston; two daughters,
Karen (John), Grand Island, Nebraska, and Pam (John), Moundridge; 11
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his
parents; a brother, Durbin Zook; and two sisters, Esther Yoder and
Ruby Weaver.
A private family inurnment has taken
place. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday (Aug. 12,
2017) at Kingdom Life Church, Hesston. Memorial contributions may be
made to the Shiloh Ranch Ministries, Solomon, in care of Miller-Ott
Funeral Home, Hesston.
