Bonita L. Strasser, 72, died Wednesday (April 7, 2010) at Via Christi Medical Center in Wichita.

She was born Nov. 25, 1937, to Ernest and Fern (Jost) Fisher in Newton. They preceded her in death.

She married Dennis Strasser on Nov. 12, 1960.

She is survived by her husband Dennis of Peabody; sons Tony Strasser of Mesa, Ariz., and Travis Strasser of Wichita; daughters Cindy Whitenack of DeBerry, Texas, and Denise Hett of Topeka; sister, Betty Hallford of Rockwell, N.C.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services have not yet been planned at this time.

Arrangements are being handled by Baker Funeral Home in Peabody.
