Obituary
Retired U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt.
Thomas "TJ" Romaine Marshall Jr. , Fort Walton Beach,
Florida, formerly of Newton, died Sept. 14, 2017. He was born Sept.
7, 1962 in Hillside, New Jersey, to Thomas R. and Lois A. "Squires"
Marshall.
He was preceded in death by his mother,
Lois.
Survivors include his father, Thomas
"Tom" R. Marshall Sr.; "lil" sister, Kristene
(Mel) Alexander of Lindsborg; niece, Chelsea Kay Alexander of
Lindsborg; nephew, Ian James Thomas Stribling of McPherson; and his
fur baby, "Pudge."
TJ proudly served his country from 1980
to 2000. He was stationed at Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina
(1980-1983), Royal Air Force Woodbridge, United Kingdom (1984-1986),
Hurlburt Field, Eglin AFB, Florida (1986-1996), Sheppard AFB, Texas
(1996-1998), and home to Hurlburt Field, Eglin AFB, Florida
(1998-2000).
Among his many accommodations, he
received the following: Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait and Saudi
Arabia), Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Joint Meritorious Unit
Award, AF Good Conduct Medal and Expeditionary Medal (Panama).
TJ was a small arms expert. His
specialties were Aerospace Maintenance Craftsman and Formal Training
Instructor.

National Cremation and Burial Society, Milton, Florida.
