Joshua J. 'Josh' Thiesen
HESSTON - Joshua J. "Josh" Thiesen, 28, died
Friday (Feb. 5, 2010) near Athens, Texas in a vehicle accident. He was born
Sept. 10, 1981, in Newton to Jeff and Marcy Heppner Thiesen.
He was a print manager for financial institutions. He
married Traci Ivanette Smith on Sept. 30, 2006, in Moundridge.
Survivors include his wife, Traci, and their unborn twins of
Hesston; parents, Jeff and Marcy Thiesen of Moundridge; brother, Matt Thiesen
of Tyler, Texas; grandparents, Merlin and the late Vera Thiesen and
step-grandmother, Arlene Thiesen of Moundridge; Marvin Heppner of Merced,
Calif. and Alma Heppner of Hesston; parents-in-law, Tom and Deb Binkley of
Moundridge, and Bob Smith of Hutchinson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Christi
and Jamie Winchester of Hutchinson, Jeanie Smith and Drew Fulmer of Hesston,
Kevin and Holly Binkley of Odessa, Texas, and Amber Binkley of McPherson;
nephews, Jake, Luke and Noah; and niece, Lilly.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today with the family
present from 6 to 8 p.m. at Moundridge Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Eden
Mennonite Church in Moundridge.
Burial will be in the Eden Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be given to the Thiesen Twins
Scholarship Fund in care of the funeral home.
