Renee' Gladys Weston
Renee' Gladys Weston, 97, of Newton, died Friday (Feb. 12,
2010) at Kansas Christian Home in Newton.
She was born on March 10, 1912, in Maidstone Kent, London,
England, the daughter of Charles and Nellie Goodfield Weston. She moved with
her parents to the United States in 1913.
Renee' had worked for Fred Harvey Laundry for several years.
She also had worked for five years as a medical aide at Friendly Acres
Retirement Community in Newton.
She had been a member of First United Methodist Church in
Newton.
Renee' was preceded in death by her parents and one sister,
Phyllis Crain.
Private graveside services and interment will be at
Greenwood Cemetery in Newton.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral
home.
A memorial has been established with First United Methodist
