Obituary
David Eugene Tacy of Emporia entered into rest Sunday, January 15, 2017 at his home. He was 59.
David was born April 17, 1957 in Newton, Kansas to Eugene Tacy and Loretta Androes. He served in the Army and worked as a welder. David was a tinker, loved cracking jokes, and adored his grandkids.
David is survived by his mother and stepfather, Loretta and Randy Nightingale; sons, Nathan Tacy, David Redinger, Kyle Tacy, Eric Tacy, Levi Tacy, and AJ Tacy; brothers, Dale Williams and Ted Tacy; sisters, Alison Koehn and Tracy Williams; and 12 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Josh Tacy and granddaughter, Layla Mae.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Charter Funerals.
