Frank M. Cornelius Jr.
Frank M. Cornelius Jr., 68, died Saturday (Oct. 10, 2009) at
Newton Medical Center. He was born on Nov. 6, 1940, in La Junta, Colo., to
Frank Sr. and Hazel (Green) Cornelius. They preceded him in death. He was a
long time employee of Hill Convenience Store and worked in convenience stores
most of his life. He is survived by sisters, Karon Perrill of Wichita, Saundra
Richardson of Newton and Sharon Messer of Newton; brother, David Cornelius of
Bethany, Okla.; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Greenwood
Cemetery in Newton.
Memorials may be made to Caring Hands Humane Society of
Newton. Petersen Funeral Home in Newton is in charge of arrangements.
