Homer B. Stucky
Homer B. Stucky, 76, died Monday (April
3, 2006) at Newton Medical Center. He was born Aug. 19, 1929, to Ben
J.C. and Elma Krehbiel Stucky in rural Moundridge. He married Betty
Jantz on June 11, 1954, in Moundridge. She survives. He was a
lifetime Harvey County resident and a 1947 graduate of Moundridge
High School. He retired after 43 years as an owner/operator of Stucky
Audio Services in Newton. He was a member of Central Community Church
in Wichita. Other survivors include: sons, Darrel Stucky of Jackson,
Wyo., and Bruce Stucky of Topeka; a daughter, Terri Howard of
Wichita; a sister, Virginia Florian of Wilson; and three
grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m.
Thursday with family greeting friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Moundridge
Funeral Home.
Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Friday
at Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple, Wichita, with Pastors
Dale and Judy Lewis officiating.
Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery in
rural Newton.
