Corwin W. 'Bill' Asher Jr.
BENTLEY - Corwin W. "Bill" Asher Jr., 61, Spartech
Plastics shipping manager, passed away Saturday (Sept. 12, 2009). He is
survived by his wife Patricia; children, Cynthia (Ron) James of Wichita,
Anthony (Lynn) Perkins of Kingman, William (Jessica) Asher of Wichita, Daniel
Asher of McCune, and Brandi Stamback and Misty Stamback of Bentley; sisters,
Juanita (Robert) Ruiz of North Glenn, Colo., and Don'l Alverta Leavitt of
Wichita; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in
death by his parents, Corwin and Joy Asher.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Baker Funeral
Home Chapel in Valley Center.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Plymouth
Congregational Church in Sedgwick.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Plymouth
Congregational Church, 402 N. Commercial, Sedgwick, KS 67135, or Hynes Memorial
Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202.
