Marjorie L. Walin

Marjorie L. Walin, 68, housewife, of Newton, died Monday (April 10, 2006) at her residence in Newton.

She was born July 25, 1937, to Harry and Wanda (Warner) Sellers in Newton. She married Don T. Walin Oct. 24, 1955, in McPherson, Kansas.

Survivors include: her husband of 50 years, Don of the home; a son, Brent and wife Benda of Las Vegas; daughters, Patricia Pilgrim of Newton, Debbie Walin of Hoisington, Cindy Marshall of Tucson, Ariz., Laura Green and husband Sam of Hutchinson and Cassie Guise of Newton; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ardith Dorris of McPherson.

Cremation has taken place with private family services to be held at a later date.

Arrangements are by Cornerstone Cremation Society, 3700 E. Douglas, Ste. 52, Wichita, KS.
