Carolyn Irene Rutschman
Carolyn Irene Rutschman, 68, died Thursday (Aug. 20, 2009)
in Newton.
She was born on March 2, 1941, in Newton to Waldo David
Rutschman and Vera Pearl (Stuart) Rutschman. They preceded her in death.
She graduated from Whitewater High School. She loved her
work as an LPN at various nursing facilities in Wichita for many years.
Survivors include three children, Valinda Atwater of
Wichita, Sheila Irven of Winamac, Ind., and Aaron Harrod of Wichita; six
grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Floyd Rutschman of
Whitewater; and a sister, Delores Hiebert of Towanda.
Private family services and burial were at Green Valley
Cemetery near Furley.
Baker Funeral Home in Wichita was in charge of arrangements.
