Elsie Lorene Reif
Elsie Lorene Reif, 94, passed away Thursday (Aug. 27, 2009)
at Wheat State Manor in Whitewater.
She was born on May 28, 1915, in Fort Scott, the daughter of
Earl and Estella Lynch.
She married Leslie Reif in 1934 in Hesston. He passed away
in July 1996. She was a homemaker and a past member of the Eagles Lodge of
Newton.
She is survived by three sons, Earl Reif and wife, Deanna,
of Council Bluff, Iowa, Dale Reif and wife, Pat, of Newton, and Gary Reif and
wife, Karen, of San Luisobispo, Calif.; six grandchildren; seven
great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral
Home in Hesston, with Pastor Peter Hartman officiating.
Visitation with family will be one hour prior to the
service, also at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Hesston City Cemetery in Hesston.

Newton in care of Miller Funeral Home, 107 S. Lancaster, Hesston, KS 67062.
