Ray Zehr
Ray Zehr, 87, of Hesston, died Thursday (July 9, 2009) at
Schowalter Villa in Hesston.
He was born on Dec. 1, 1921, in Albany, Ore., to Peter and
Katie Zehr.
He is survived by his wife, Lois; a daughter, Nancy Shear of
Hesston; a son, Dr. Terry Zehr of Lake Forest, Ill.; five grandchildren; and a
sister, Viola King of Hesston.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hesston
Mennonite Church.
Memorial funds have been designated to the Good Samaritan
Fund at Schowalter Villa and may be left at the church or sent to Schowalter
Villa, 200 W. Cedar, Hesston, KS 67062.
