Carrol J. Miser
NEWTON - Carrol June Miser, 78, died June 6, 2009, at Wesley
Hospital, Wichita. She was born Oct. 26, 1930, to Charles and Mildred
Beuterbaugh Coffelt.
On June 1, 1948, she married Donald D. Miser. He survives.
Other survivors include: daughters, Sylvia Riggs, Donna Reynolds, Janice
Morris; half-brother Terry Coffelt; half-sister, Elaine Atkins; seven
grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be 1 p.m. Friday at the
First Baptist Church of Newton. Visitation 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Petersen
Funeral Home, Newton, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials to the
church in care of the funeral home.
