Susan J. Warwick

Susan J. Warwick died Saturday (June 13, 2009) at her residence in Newton. She was born on June 19, 1959, in Midway Island to Bernard and Elvera Warwick. Susan was a dedicated registered nurse. She is survived by her two daughters, Desiree Warwick of Newton and Alicia Warwick of Phoenix; mother, Elvera Warwick of Augusta; and sisters, Mona Huffman of Cripple Creek, Colo., and Laura Kendall of Augusta. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanne Warwick; brother, Michael Warwick; and father, Bernard Warwick.

A service to celebrate the life of Susan will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Meridian Baptist Church of Newton. Pastor Scott Kliewer will preside over the service.

Memorial donations may be made to PETA in care of Petersen Funeral Home in Newton.
