Arline Bachman
Obituary
Arline M. Bachman, 88, passed away
Saturday (Feb. 17, 2018) at Schowalter Villa, Hesston. She was born
Nov. 2, 1929, in McPherson, the daughter of Harry and Anna Reimer
Young.
She was a member of the Hesston
Mennonite Church, the Kansas Twins Association and the Hesston Senior
Citizens Center. On Oct. 27, 1950, she married Weldon "Bud"
Bachman in Moundridge.
She is survived by her husband, Bud of
Hesston; sons, Larry (Valorie) of Newton and Randy (Shannon) of
Hesston; a twin sister, Aline Bachman of Hesston; six grandchildren;
and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son,
Jerry; a daughter, Vickie Bachman; a brother, Wilbur Young; and a
sister, Stella Stull.
Memorial service will be at 11 a.m.
Thursday (Feb. 22, 2018) at Hesston Mennonite Church, Hesston. Burial
will be at a later date in West Zion Cemetery, Moundridge. Family
will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 21, 2018) at
the Schowalter Villa Chapel, Hesston.
Memorials may be sent to either the
Good Samaritan Fund of Schowalter Villa or Hesston Childcare in care
of Miller-Ott Funeral Home, Hesston.
