Don W. Oliver
Don W. Oliver, 84, former Newton resident and retired
Oliver's Transmissions owner, passed away Tuesday (April 28, 2009).
He loved working in the yard and on his car.
Survivors are his wife of 60 years, Carolyn; sister, Helen
(Ray) Riner of Wichita; uncle, John Oliver of Newton; grandchildren, Jimmy
Hahn, Tina Roberts, Kandis Wishkaski, Nick Ackley and Jami Weaks; great-grandchildren,
Garrett Wishkaski and Carson Weaks; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Buzzy, and
granddaughter, Donita.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Resthaven
Mortuary in Wichita.
